Reach Launches New Group Program to Support Neurodivergent Teens and Young Adults

Reach Behavior and Development Center has launched a new group program to support neurodivergent teens and young adults in building practical, real-world skills and transitioning into the workplace.

Participants receive structured training at Reach, followed by supported placements in local businesses. The program focuses on skills such as working in retail and hospitality settings, navigating public spaces, and building communication and independence.

The program is led by behavior specialists (Board Certified Behavior Analysts – BCBAs) who tailor support to each individual’s goals.

Reach is partnering with organizations, including Tamimi, Artology, Mathnasium, and Learn to Grow, with additional partnerships in development.
