A New Chapter at Reach – Growing Together in 2025
As we embrace the opportunities of a new year, we are excited to welcome fresh ideas, expanded services, and deeper community connections. With growth on the horizon, Reach remains committed to providing excellent support to children and families, ensuring that every child has the foundation to thrive.
We are excited to welcome Katie Philcox as our new Clinical Director. With over 15 years of experience in child mental health and neurodiversity across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, her passion lies in empowering children and families through evidence-based, compassionate care. She is a psychology graduate and earned a Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Queen’s University, Belfast.
A message from Katie Philcox on her new role:
“Joining Reach feels like the start of an inspiring chapter. This is a place where passion meets purpose, and I’m excited to contribute to the meaningful work already being done. 2025 is shaping up to be a year of growth and innovation, with a new location, new initiatives, such as The Strong Start Program, and expanded services (look out for more information on our feeding therapy). I look forward to leading the clinical team in our mission to provide excellent therapy services, rooted in evidence-based practice, and meaningful to families. I am excited to meet the Reach community and hope to connect with you in person at one of our community initiatives during Autism Awareness & Acceptance month. April is an opportunity to celebrate neurodiversity and promote meaningful inclusion. Thank you for welcoming me – I look forward to growing, learning, and achieving great things together.”
