REACH COVID-19: Health & Safety Guidelines
Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your health, safety and well-being.
We are confident that as we keep our doors open, our increased protocols go above and beyond those recommendations to keep you and our staff safe. In addition to our existing safety measures, you will see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. These will include additional screening. We realize that many of these measures might be inconvenient to you and your family. However, we feel that these new policies are essential for everyone’s safety.
- We screen all the children/families and staff for symptoms of Coronavirus daily.
- Everyone has their temperature taken upon arrival to REACH. Appointments will be rescheduled if risk of transmission of illness, including COVID-19 has been determined.
- Families are asked to use hand sanitizer before entering REACH. Hand sanitizers can be found throughout the center. The staff at REACH wash their hands regularly in between sessions.
- Our staff are supplied with Personal Protective Equipment and are expected to wear gloves, face masks and shields at all times.
- All our equipment is sanitized before and after each session.
- Only scheduled clients are allowed into the center.
- Only one parent can accompany a child to check-in and then they are asked to wait downstairs during the session.
